Cancellation Policy:
At Luma Dermatology, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
No Show Policy:
A cancellation made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be considered a "No Show." We greatly value the time of both our patients and our providers, and repeated instances of missed appointments can disrupt our scheduling and prevent us from offering timely care to all of our valued patients.

If a patient accumulates three or more No Shows within a six-month period, Luma Dermatology reserves the right to use our discretion in determining continued care. This may result in a dismissal from the practice.

Aesthetic Appointment Deposits:
For aesthetic appointments, any deposits made are forfeited if a cancellation is received within less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Each deposit can be transferred once. Subsequent rescheduling requests will require a new deposit.
